The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of part of the share capital of Aphrodite Hills Resort Limited from W.R.A. Consultants Ltd. It is noted that the remaining share capital of Aphrodite Hills Resort Limited already belongs to W.R.A. Consultants Ltd.
W.R.A. Consultants Ltd, is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and through its subsidiaries, operates in the ownership, management and exploitation of hotel accommodation.
The Target in the proposed merger is Aphrodite Hills Resort Limited, a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, which is principally engaged in the development and sale of real estate in Aphrodite Hills, in the management and operation of hotel accommodation and sports activities.
