29/04/2013 - Notification of a concentration between the companies Agusta Westland S.p.A and OJSC OPK Oboronprom for the creation of the joint venture CJSC HeliVert.

19/04/2013 - The Commission for the Protection of Competition (hereinafter the «Commission/CPC») with its decision no.35/2013 imposed on the Pancyprian Organisation of Cattlefarmers (POC) Public Ltd (hereinafter «POC») an administrative fine amounting to two hundred seventy six thousand and eight hundred thirty two euros (€276.832) regarding the infringement of section 6(1)(b) of the Protection of Competition Law (L.13(I)/2008), (hereinafter the «Law»), in relation to the examination of the complaint filed by Lanitis Bros Ltd (hereinafter the «Lanitis/Complainant») against POC.

17/04/2013 - The Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) with its decision No. 36/2013 imposed an administrative fine of €206,168 on Phadisco Ltd and an administrative fine of €8,234 to Wyeth Hellas SA (Cyprus Branch), through its successor Pfizer Hellas S.A. (Cyprus Branch), regarding the infringement of section 6(1)(d) of the Protection of Competition Law (L. 13(I)/2008) in relation to the complaint filed by Akis Panayiotou & Son Ltd.

16/04/2013 - The Commission for the Protection of Competition, with its decision no. 09/2013, imposed on Fereos Ltd an administrative fine amounting to €204.575 regarding the infringement of section 6(2) of the Protection of Competition Law (L.13(I)/2008) in relation to the examination of the complaint filed by Andros Kiosk Ltd against Fereos Ltd.
