Astorg Fund VIII, SCSp is a special limited partnership duly registered under the laws of Luxembourg indirectly controlled by Astorg Group S.à.r.l. (hereinafter all affiliated companies collectively referred to as the "Astorg Group"). Astorg Group is a private equity firm with assets under management that works in cooperation with entrepreneurs and management teams to acquire global companies based in Europe or the US, providing them with strategic guidance, governance and capital to achieve their growth plans.
Saturn Bidco SAS is a limited liability company duly registered under the Laws of France. The company is purely an investment vehicle and has no operational activities.
Steliau International SAS is a limited liability company duly registered under the Laws of France. The company in question is active in the wholesale market of electronic components.
