The Service of the Competition for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration concerning the proposed acquisition of share capital of TUS Airways Ltd by Logo Jet Ltd.
Loco Jet Ltd is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Israel. Loco Jet is a special purpose vehicle established exclusively for the purposes of this transaction and is indirectly owned by two natural persons who also control other companies active in the international air transport of passengers, in the marketing and management of flights, package holidays, organized tours and provide tourism services etc.
TUS Airways Ltd is a private limited liability company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. TUS operates in the provision of international passenger air transport services.
