Notification of concentration regarding the acquisition of the share capital of AIGLE CAPITAL SAS from QUALIUM INVESTISSEMENT SAS

The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a notification of a proposed concentration, concerning the acquisition of the share capital of AIGLE CAPITAL SAS by QUALIUM INVESTISSEMENT SAS, through investment projects managed by the said company.

QUALIUM INVESTISSEMENT SAS is a company duly registered under the laws of France. This company manages investment funds and is controlled by Caisse des Depots et Consignations, a company which was created on the basis of the French Monetary and Financial Code and is independent of the French government. Caisse des Depots et Consignations, is active in two main sectors: (a) public services and activities in the public interest, which include banking, management and pooling of savings, local and regional development and retirement, and (b) competitive commercial activities that are conducted through its subsidiaries. The said company also acts as a long-term institutional investor in listed or unlisted companies.

AIGLE CAPITAL SAS is a company duly registered under the laws of France. The said company owns the majority of shares and voting rights of IMV TECHNOLOGIES. IMV TECHNOLOGIES holds subsidiaries in France, Italy, the Netherlands, the US, China and India, that collectively are the IMV Group. The IMV Group engages in the manufacturing and supplying of products for artificial insemination, for breeding humans and animals.
