The transaction concerns the acquisition of the share capital of Vale Manganese Norway AS and Vale Manganese France SAS, by Glencore International Plc,.through its subsidiaries Kintuck France SAS and Kintuck AS.
Glencore International Plc is registered in accordance with the laws of Jersey. The company’s main activities concentrate in the production, refinement, processing, storage, transport and marketing of metals and minerals, energy and agricultural products.
Vale Manganese Norway AS is registered in accordance with the laws of Norway. The company operates two manganese alloy burners, refining facilities and a fuser unit.
Vale Manganese (France) SAS is registered in accordance with the laws of France. The company operates a manganese alloy burner and a fuser unit.
