Paula's Choice, Inc., a company duly registered under the Laws of Delaware of the United States of America, and is active in the manufacturing and sale of skin care products, cosmetics and hair cleansing products which sells primarily on the Internet, through its website and through third-party websites, through third-party retailers with whom Paula's Choice maintains partnerships as well as local distributors.
