Kyriakou & Yioi Limited.
X.A. Papaellinas Emporiki Ltd, a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The said company, through its Hypermakets throughout Cyprus, is active in the retail sale of food products and non-food household items aimed at meeting the recurring needs of households. In addition, X.A. Papaellinas Emporiki Ltd is active in the operation of cafι-restaurants in places which are adjacent to or located near the hypermarkets.
The target in this merger is the hypermarket and cafι-restaurant Costas which belong to Kostas I. Kyriakou & Yioi Limited. Costas hypermarket, is located in Trimiklini and is active in the retail sale of food products and non-food household items aimed at meeting the recurring needs of households. In addition, part of the Target is the cafι-restaurant that is located close to the hypermarket.
