The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of the company Intralot Holdings International Limited notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning the acquisition of Kelicom Holdings Co. Limited which is owned by Restoco Trading Co. Limited.
Intralot Holdings International Limited is a company duly registered under the laws of Cyprus and participates in the share capital of various companies around the world, operating in the gaming market. This company is 100% subsidiary of Intralot SA, a company duly registered under the laws of Greece. The latter is active in the supply of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content, sports betting management and interactive gaming services to state-licensed gaming organizations worldwide. In addition, Intralot SA, through its subsidiaries, designs, develops, operates and supports custom-made gaming systems, including numerical games, video lottery and sports lotteries, as well as, fixed odds betting, pari-mutuel, and instant lotteries.
Kelicom Holdings Co. Limited is primarily investment holding company and also provides management and administrative services to other companies. This company is, also active through its participation in other companies in the fixed odds betting market in the Russian Federation.
