The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition on the 8th of August 2008 received on behalf of the undertakings CLR CAPITAL PUBLIC LTD and Laiki Investment E.P.E.Y Public Co Ltd, notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentration between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning a concentration which shall take place based on a Restructuring Plan, according to which CLR Capital Public Ltd will be absorbed by Laiki Investment E.P.E.Y Public Co Ltd.
- “Laiki Investment E.P.E.Y Public Co Ltd” main activities concentrate to services for Stock Exchange transactions, management of portfolios and advisory services of financing nature.
- “CLR CAPITAL PUBLIC LTD” main activities concentrate to advisory services on finance, property investments and strategic investments in other companies and, via the CLR Securities and Financial Services Ltd, Stock Exchange services, stock broking, asset management and corporate finance services.
