Mariapps Cyprus is a technology company that focuses on providing customized applications and software for shipping businesses. This company belongs to Schulte Group which is primarily engaged in ship ownership, ship management, maritime software development and a wide range of other specialized maritime services.
Fameline Technologies Group Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, established for the purposes of the proposed merger, has not carried out any business activity and is owned by Fameline Holdings Group Ltd.
