The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition on the 8th of September 2010 received on behalf of the company DELTA FOODS S.A. notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentration between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning the acquirement of 57.8% of MEVGAL S.A. share capital.

MEVGAL S.A. operates in the sectors of fresh pasteurized milk, traditional an western style yoghurt, cheese products, desserts rice puddings, gelatin deserts and milk creams, cholesterol-free dairy products, and natural juices and juice beverages.
