The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of Cargotec Holding Norway AS and MacGregor Pte Ltd a notification of a proposed concentration according to Section 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning the acquisition of Aker Punens AS and Woodfield Systems Ltd through the acquisition of 100% of their votes and shares, by Cargotec group of companies through its indirectly wholly subsidiaries Cargotec Holding Norway AS and MacGregor Pte Ltd.
