The Commission for the Protection of Competition announces that companies Proteas Press Ltd, I.G. Cassoulides & Son Ltd and Litho Web Ltd informed the Commission that they will not proceed with the implementation of the concentration in relation to the creation of a joint venture.
The Commission recalls that in its decision dated 28 March 2014, no. 18/2014, it had declared the above notified concentration to be compatible with the requirements of a competitive market, subject to a series of conditions and commitments undertaken by the undertakings concerned, on the basis of the Control of Concentrations Between Enterprises Law, 22(I)/99, as amended. Therefore, the Commission will not take any further action.
