The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a concentration concerning the acquisition of part of the share capital of Diapo Ltd by Foodlink (Cyprus) Ltd.
Foodlink (Cyprus) Ltd is a company duly registered under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Its main activity is the provision of warehousing and distribution (logistics) services. Foodlink (Cyprus) Ltd is a subsidiary of Foodlink S.A., a Greek company that belongs to FDL Group which provides services that cover the entire supply chain.
Diapo Ltd is a company duly registered under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and is active in the provision of warehousing and distribution (logistics) services. The said company offers services for the supply chain of commercial companies and manages products in four temperature zones, i.e. freezing, maintenance, air conditioning and environment.
