According to paragraph (2)(c) of Annex III of the Control of Concentrations between Undertakings Law of 2014 (83 (I) / 2014) (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"), «The person who has the obligation for notification must submit to the offices of the Commission in print (two (2) copies) and in electronic form all the documents of the notification.»
For the purposes of notification of a concentration and/or any relevant correspondence in accordance with the provisions of the Law, you are requested to use the email address mergers@competition.gov.cy, which will be the general electronic contact address for mergers. Please do not use the email address chairman@competition.gov.cy .
