The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received notification of a concentration by the companies Whymere Holdings Ltd and YAM Imperio Enterprises Limited, pursuant to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014. The transaction concerns the acquisition of part of the share capital of Imperio Development Limited by Whymere Holdings Limited. The remaining share capital will remain with YAM Imperio Enterprises Limited.
Whymere Holdings Limited is a limited liability company, duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, engaged in land and real estate development.
YAM Imperio Enterprises Limited is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, engaged in land and real estate development.
Imperio Development Limited which is the Target in this merger is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, which is not currently active in any sector.
