The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition on the 15th of October 2010 received on behalf of the companies Hansa Metallwerke AG and MYSLA Vermogensverwaltungsgeseiishaft mbH, notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning an agreement by which IK Investment Partners will acquire part of the share capital of Hansa Metallwerke AG through its subsidiary MYSLA Vermogensverwaltungsgeseiishaft mbH.
Hansa Metallwerke AG is the mother company of a German group of companies who is active in the housing equipment (bathroom and kitchen).
IK Investment Partners is an investment company and its main activities concentrate in the investment of European large and medium companies. IK Investment Partners is active in Cyprus through its investment subsidiaries.
MYSLA Vermogensverwaltungsgeseiishaft mbH is a newly created company, registered in Germany for the purpose of this concentration.
