The DMK EIS GmbH is a company duly registered in Germany. This company operates exclusively in the production and distribution of ice cream and is controlled by the company Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH, the largest dairy company in Germany. Its product portfolio ranges from dairy products and cheese, branded products such as savory MILRAM and sweet Ravensberger, products based on milk for the food industry, Humana baby food and ice cream to health products.
The Rosen-Eiskrem Group consists of the inactive companies Kirchner Grundstücks GmbH & Co. KG, Kirchner Grundstücks Verwaltungs GmbH, G. Kirchner Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH and G. Kirchner Verwaltungs GmbH. The last two are the parent companies of the active companies Rosen Eiskrem GmbH and Rosen Eiskrem Sud GmbH which produce and distribute ice cream in the food retail sector and are the target of this concentration.
