Τhe Commission for the Protection of Competition received a notification of a proposed concentration from Greeneden Topco S.C.A. in accordance with section 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99). The transaction concerns the acquisition of Genesys Group by Greeneden Topco S.C.A.
Greeneden Topco S.C.A. is registered in accordance with the laws of Luxemburg and is an investment vehicle that is created solely for the purposes of this concentration and is controlled by Greeneden S.a.r.l. which acts as its administrator. Greeneden S.a.r.l. is controlled by Permira IV Fund. Permira IV Fund is controlled by Permira Holdings Ltd, which is the mother company of the Permira Group.
Genesys Group is located in Frisco, Texas. Genesys Group is active in developing, manufacturing and selling software products and related services that facilitate the management of companies, communications with customers via telephone, computer/internet and/or mobile devices.
