The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 (4) of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition by L’Oreal S.A. of the share capital of LOGOCOS NATURKOSMETIK AG and Logo-Bau GmbH & Co. Grundstucksverwaltungs KG.
L’Oreal S.A. is a joint stock company, duly registered under the laws of France. L’Oreal S.A. which is the parent company in a worldwide group of companies, it is active in the market of cosmetics and beauty products.
LOGOCOS NATURKOSMETIK AG is a company, duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. It is active in the production and distribution of natural cosmetics.
Logo-Bau GmbH & Co. Grundstucksverwaltungs KG is a limited partnership, duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. It is the owner of the land which is used for the production and distribution of cosmetic products of LOGOCOS NATURKOSMETIK AG.
