The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration concerning the acquisition of part of the share capital of Aleph Group Inc., by CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A., via Aleph Maradona LP.
Aleph Maradona LP is a limited partnership duly registered under the laws of Delaware, United States of America, indirectly owned by the CVC Funds. This company has no business activities other than its participation in Aleph Group, Inc.
CVC Network consists of CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A. and its subsidiaries and CVC Capital Partners Advisory Group Holding Foundation and its subsidiaries, which are private entities whose activities include advising and/or managing investments on behalf of certain investment funds and investment platforms ("CVC Funds"). CVC Network provides investment advice and manages investments on behalf of CVC Funds. It specializes in leveraged buyouts, consulting and is constantly looking for new investment opportunities, while seeking to leverage and develop existing CVC Funds’ investments.
