The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of the company CIE Management IX Ltd notification of a proposed concentration according to Section 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning the acquisition of Aenova Holding S.á r.l., through its subsidiary Apollo 11 S.á r.l.
CIE Management IX Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of Guernsey and is the general partner and manager of certain funds known as BC European Capital IX.
Apollo 11 S.á r.l. has been newly established exclusively for this transaction and does not carry out any commercial activities.
Aenova Holding S.á r.l. is the parent legal entity of Aenova Group of Companies. This Group is a contract manufacturing organization in the field of pharmaceuticals. In particular, the Group provides development and manufacturing services for medicines and dietary supplements.
