Brighttech Investments S.A. is a company duly registered company under the laws of Luxembourg, and is a special purpose vehicle registered specifically for the purposes of this Concentration which belongs to the group of companies ultimately controlled by Playtech Plc.
Playtech Plc is a company duly registered under the laws of the Isle of Man. The main business activities of the Playtech Group, mainly consist of providing online gambling software and similar services, and supply of contracts for difference.
PLUS500 LTD is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Israel, engaged in the supply of contracts for for difference to retail clients. The company is the target of this concentration, which will be achieved through its merger with the company Socialdrive Ltd (subsidiary of Brighttech Investments SA) and ultimately the absorption of the latter by PLUS500.
