The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of Marinopoulos Holding SARL, notification of the proposed concentration according to Section 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning the purchase of share capital of Carrefour Marinopoulos S.A..
With the completion of the proposed concentration, Carrefour Marinopoulos S.A. will be wholly owned by Marinopoulos Holding SARL, since Marinopoulos Holding SARL will acquire all the remaining shares of CARREFOUR SA MARINOPOULOS which does not hold and thus there will be a change of control, from joint control to full control.
