The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition on the 2nd of November 2010 received on behalf of the companies Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Ditikis Lefkosias and Nea Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Astromeriti, notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning an agreement by which Nea Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Astromeriti will transfer all of its assets and liabilities to Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Ditikis Lefkosias. The new enterprise that will emerge after the concentration of the two enterprises will be called Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Ditikis Lefkosias.
