The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition announces that it has received a notification of concentration regarding the acquisition of the share capital of Sunday Natural products GmbH and Sunday Natural International Sp.z.o.o. by CVC Capital Partners SIVAC-FIS S.A, via PURE AcquioCo GmbH.
CVC Capital Partners SIVAC-FIS S.A, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, constitute the 'CVC Network'. The activities of these companies include the provision of investment advice and/or investment management on behalf of certain funds and investment platforms.
PURE AcquioCo GmbH is a private company duly registered under the laws of Germany. It is a special purpose vehicle with no prior business activities established for the purposes of this proposed transaction. PURE AcquioCo GmbH is controlled by CVC Capital Partners SIVAC-FIS S.A.
Sunday Natural products GmbH is company duly registered under the laws of Germany. Sunday Natural International Sp.z.o.o. is a company duly registered under the laws of Poland. Both companies constitute the target is this proposed transaction. The target is active in the manufacturing and sale of vitamins, minerals, supplements and sports nutrition.
