The transaction concerns the acquisition of the share capital of Temmler Werke Holding GmbH by Apollo CIE Management IX Ltd, subsidiary company of CIE Management IX Ltd.
CIE Management IX Ltd is a limited company registered in Guernsey. The company manages the investments and administration of BC European Capital IX.
Apollo Holding GmbH is a limited company registered in Germany. The company is a legal holding investment entity which does not carry out any commercial activities on its own.
