France notification according to Section 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), of a proposed concentration concerning the acquisition of share capital of Public Joint Stock Company AvtoVaz.

Public Joint Stock Company AvtoVaz is a company duly registered under the laws of Russian Federation, with shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Russian Federation. The company constitutes the manufacturer of the vehicles with the brand-name Lada.
