Saint-Gobain designs, manufactures and distributes materials and solutions for the construction, mobility, healthcare and other industrial applications markets and operates four business segments: (i) innovative materials, (ii) construction products (including mortars), (iii) distribution of construction materials, and (iv) glass.
Cyclades Parent, Inc. is a company duly registered under the laws of Daleware, USA, owned by Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA and created for the purposes of this merger.
The target in this transaction is GCP Applied Technologies Inc., a company duly registered under the laws of Delaware, United States of America, with shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
