The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition on the 16th of November 2010 received on behalf of the companies Sinergatiko Tamieftirio Lemesou Ltd, Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Germasogias and Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Polemidion, notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning an agreement by which Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Germasogias and Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Polemidion will transfer all of their assets and liabilities to Sinergatiko Tamieftirio Lemesou Ltd. The new enterprise that will emerge after the concentration of the three enterprises will be called Sinergatiko Tamieftirio Lemesou Ltd.
Sinergatiko Tamieftirio Lemesou Ltd, Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Germasogias and Sinergatiki Pistotiki Etairia Polemidion main activities concentrate in the baking sector.
