The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition on the 19th of February 2010 received on behalf of the company Rodardo Ltd notification of a proposed concentration according to Section 13 of the Control of Concentration between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Interlife Isurance Company Ltd and Interamerican Voithias Ltd by Rodardo Ltd.
Interlife Insurance Company Ltd main activities are the provision of Life Insurances and Non-Life Insurances.
Interamerican Voithias Ltd main activity is the provision of Road Assistance services.
Rodardo Ltd was created for the purpose of this concentration and it is jointly owned by Michalis Micaelides and Athanasios Ktorides.
