The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration according to Section 10 (4) of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition by CB Hermes Holdings L.P. of the share capital of «New Speedcast Parent» which is the successor of Speedcast International Ltd.
CB Hermes Holdings L.P was established with the purpose to acquire «New Speedcast Parent». It is a part of a group of companies which are active in various industries.
«New Speedcast Parent» is a newly founded enterprise who will be the successor of Speedcast International Ltd. Speedcast International Ltd is duly registered in accordance with the laws of Australia. It is a global provider of communication services and information technology services in remote areas which focuses on providing communication services through multi-access, multi-band and multi-track technology.
