The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of the companies Selex Sensors and Airborne Systems (US) Inc, Lazertel Inc. and LT Acquisition Corp, notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentration between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning an agreement by which the enterprise LT Acquisition Corp, which is a subsidiary of Selex Sensors and Airborne Systems (US) Inc, will merge with the enterprise Lazertel Inc.
Selex Sensors and Airborne Systems (US) Inc is active in the US business development, US procurement of subcomponents and US life cycle support for Selex UK products and also provides integration services installing radar onto US government aircraft.
LT Acquisition Corp is not active in any sector as it was established for the purposes of this concentration and will cease to exist as a separate enterprise as soon as the concentration is concluded.
Lazertel Inc manufactures laser diodes for a variety of end markets and applications such as laser used in military, industrial and medical fields.
