The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received notification of a concentration, pursuant to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the proposed acquisition of the Fastmarkets sector of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (“Euromoney”) by Astorg VΙΙΙ, SCSp, to be effected following a series of transactions.
Astorg Fund VIII, SCSp is a special limited liability partnership duly registered under the laws of Luxembourg, indirectly managed by Astorg Asset Management S.à.r.l. (all connected entities jointly referred to as the "Astorg Group"). Activities include, but are not limited to, the provision of prices across the supply chain from the creation of the commodity to recycling in the metals and mining, forest products and agriculture markets.
