Avlogen Malta (Out-Licensing) Holding Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Adalvo" or the "Target") is a company duly registered under the laws of Malta. Adalvo is a global pharmaceutical company and a provider of generic medicines and business-to-business biosimilars. This company does not have its own production facilities and all production is entrusted to various contracted production organizations and contracted, development and production organizations around the world. Adalvo enters into out-licensing agreements with business partners worldwide.
