Eleni Karaoli origins from Morphou. She studied Law at Athens University and she holds a Master Degree in Law in European, Commercial and International Law from Sheffield University.
After working for a number of years as lawyer she moved to the Office of the Commissioner of Electronic Communication and Postal Regulation working as legal officer mostly responsible on handling regulatory issues.
