The information required for submission upon filing is provided by Schedule III of the Law. There is a high level of detail, ranging from contact information of the participating entities to the calculation of the ΗΗΙ index and includes, inter alia, the contact details of each participating entity and their contact persons, copies of the documents bringing about the concentration, a description of the nature and scope of the concentration, information on ownership and control with respect to each participating entity, a description of the relevant product and geographic markets, etc. For further information on the required documentation please refer to Schedule III of the Law.
