The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration according to Section 10 (4) of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of the share capital of BC Butterfly Cosmetics Ltd by C.A.Papaellinas Ltd.
C.A.Papaellinas Ltd is a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. C.A.Papaellinas Ltd is active in the import, distribution and sale of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care and beauty products and other consumables. C.A.Papaellinas Ltd is already a shareholder of BC Butterfly Cosmetics Ltd and with this transaction, will acquire all of the share capital.
BC Butterfly Cosmetics Ltd is a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. BC Butterfly Cosmetics Ltd is active the import and distribution of perfumes, cosmetics and personal care products in the Republic of Cyprus.
