COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Thome Group Holding Ltd by OSM Maritime Partners Ltd and OCM Luxembourg OSM Holdings S.à.r.l., via OMH Optimum Maritime Holdings Limited.

OSM Maritime Partners Ltd is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The main activity of OSM Maritime Partners Ltd is the holding of investments.

OCM Luxembourg OSM Holdings S.à.r.l. is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Luxembourg. OCM Luxembourg OSM Holdings S.à.r.l. is a wholly owned subsidiary of funds managed and advised by a global alternative investment administrator.

OMH Optimum Maritime Holdings Limited is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. OMH Optimum Maritime Holdings Limited is a jointly controlled company of OSM Maritime Partners Ltd and OCM Luxembourg OSM Holdings S.à.r.l.. It does not have its own activities but has subsidiaries with activities related to ship management.

Thome Group Holding Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. It is active in technical ship management, crew management and marine services.
