The said company has been incorporated to act as a vessel for the specific purpose of acquiring the majority of shares of Aphrodite Holdings Ltd. Prim Cayman L.P belongs to a group of companies that is involved with investments in various sectors.

Alpha Lofos Malta Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of Malta. The said company has been incorporated to act as a vessel for the specific cause of acquiring the majority of shares of Aphrodite Hills (Lakkos tou Frangou Ltd). Alpha Lofos Malta Ltd is a subsidiary company of Prism Cayman L.P.
