COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a notification of a proposed concentration by KKR & Co LP regarding the proposed acquisition of voting rights in JBF Global Pte Ltd.

KKR & Co LP is an international investment company offering a wide range of alternative investment funds and other investment products to investors.

JBF Global Pte Ltd is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Singapore. This company is engaged through its subsidiaries in the manufacturing and distribution of products in different parts of the polyester chain.

JBF Industries Ltd is a public company incorporated under the laws of India, which deals with PET and polyester yarn. This company is the parent company of JBF Global Pte Ltd, and will remain co-owner.
