COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition announces that it has received a merger notification regarding the acquisition of share capital of UBA "Laserpas" by Sistema Finance S.A.

Sistema Finance S.A. ιs a company duly registered under the laws of Luxembourg and is an investment portfolio company.

UBA "Laserpas" is a limited liability company, duly registered under the laws of Lithuania, and is active in the development of unmanned aerial vehicles and related services. UBA "Laserpas" is controlled by AB "Avia Solutions Group", which is a public limited company, duly registered under the laws of Lithuania. Following the completion of the merger AB "Avia Solutions Group" and Sistema Finance S.A. will have joint control over the UBA "Laserpas".
