The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of Alchemer LLC by KKR & Co. Inc. via Alpha Purchaser LLC.
KKR & Co. Inc is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is an international investment firm, offering a wide range of alternative investment funds and other investment products to investors. KKR & Co also provides capital market solutions for the company, its affiliated portfolio companies and other clients.
Alpha Purchaser LLC, is a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware of the United States of America. It is a special purpose vehicle with no prior business activities established for the purposes of this proposed transaction.
Alchemer LLC is a limited liability company duly registered in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado Law of the United States of America. Alchemer LLC provides solutions through a platform for market researchers and CX professionals and organizations around the world.
