Evacol Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hellenic Healthcare Holding Single Member S.A. and is a special purpose company, i.e. it was established with the ultimate purpose of acquiring share capital in C&S American Heart Institute Limited and C & SO Medical Properties Limited.
C&S American Heart Institute Limited is a limited liability company, duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. C&S American Heart Institute Limited provides private hospital services through a hospital in Nicosia. The hospital’s activities concern the provision of private hospital services outside GHS.
