L Catterton Europe S.a.s is duly registered under the laws of France and is a management company, of the French investment funds F.P.C.I. L Capital 2 and FPCI L Capital 3, which specializes in buyouts and growth capital investments in middle market companies. Specifically, L Catterton EU invests on behalf of such funds in many areas including food and beverage, retail sales, restaurants, consumer products and services, consumer health, media and marketing services, with primary emphasis in the European markets.
Pinarello Holding is duly registered under the laws of Italy and is the holding company of Pinarello Group. This group is engaged in designing, manufacturing, assembling and selling of bicycles and related products.
