COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of the company Golvenveil Ltd, notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning the acquisition of control of Rodardo Ltd by Golvenveil Ltd and consequently control of her subsidiaries: Prime Insurance Company Ltd, Prime Assistance Ltd and Demco Insurance Ltd.

Rodardo Ltd is a company registered in Cyprus and does not have any activities. The company is controlled by Golvenveil Ltd and Mr. Michael Michaelides.

Prime Insurance Company Ltd is a company registered in Cyprus and is active in the insurance sector. The company is controlled by Rodardo Ltd.

Prime Assistance Ltd is a company registered in Cyprus and is active in the roadside assistance sector. The company is controlled by Rodardo Ltd.

Demco Insurance Ltd is a company registered in Cyprus and is active in the insurance sector. The company is controlled by Rodardo Ltd.

Golvenveil Ltd is a company registered in Cyprus and does not have any activities. The company is controlled by Mr. Dimitrios Kontominas.
