Neuraxpharm Arzneimittel GmbH is a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of Germany. Neuraxpharm is a specialized pharmaceutical company which focuses in the manufacturing and sale of pharmaceuticals for the treatment of disorders of the central nervous system.
Laboratorios Lesvi S.L.U. is a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of Spain. It is a business-to-business (B2B) provider with full production service for pharmaceutical forms of final dosage. It is mainly active in the field of the central nervous system. However, its portfolio also consists of antiemetic, anti-infective, cardiovascular, painkillers and respiratory products.
Targets in this practice are specific assets comprising two portfolios of pharmaceutical products, one for the central nervous system and one for the pain/cardiology sector, currently owned by Sanofi S.A. and some of Sanofi's affiliates.
