COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

If an undertaking (a) fails to provide all requested information, or (b) intentionally or negligently provides inaccurate or misleading information to the Service, the Commission may impose a fine of up to 1 per cent (1%) of their turnover in the preceding financial year. Besides, the Commission may impose a fine of up to five per cent (5%) of the average daily turnover during the preceding financial year for each day during which the infringement continues.
