S.A.L.
branch
in
Cyprus.
AstroΒank Public Company Limited is a
credit institution that is supervised by the Central Bank of Cyprus. AstroΒank Public Company Limited is active
is the provision of banking services and insurance intermediation services.
The targer of this transaction is the assets, liabilities and operations of the branch of Byblos Bank S.A.L. in Cyprus which relate to the provision of banking services.
